Additionally, our architectural experience enables us to provide attention to construction details that is unique in the construction management field. We work closely with owners and subcontractors, establishing a team approach from the beginning of each project. We review the responsibilities of each team member to ensure excellent communication and execution. Our involvement in each project from its inception helps us develop an organized and economical approach for our clients, with special emphasis on project cost and schedule.

During the construction phase of a project, we set up project controls to monitor the work and report on conditions. Experienced staff members provide daily site supervision required to keep projects on target while communicating all progress to clients and parties involved.

Our Construction Management processes and Architectural and Design Build services work closely together. We interchange the various degrees of each process so that we may always provide a thorough and complete service to all of our clients.
